Photography Changes Everything

We will close the festival with a debate about whether photography really can make a difference and be used to help create a better world.

We are delighted to announce that Marvin Heiferman, author of Photography Changes Everything (Aperture, 2013) will join us online for a conversation with Dr Benedict Burbridge, Senior Lecturer, Art History, University of Sussex.

Other speakers include:

  • Shoair Mavlian, Director, Photoworks
  • Jamila Prowse, Curator of BPF18 project Reflections of Us and editor of Typical Girls magazine
  • Les Monaghan, OPEN18 Participate artist
